Lizzy graduated from USNT Church (Universal Shamans of the New Tomorrow) November 4, 2023. She spent two weeks initiating to the medicine and connecting with the four directions. She volunteered as an intern for an additional 4 weeks; setting up the ceremony space, facilitating the sacrament bufo, and assisting participants with their experience. She learned about the history of the medicine, proper dosages, applications of use as well as the importance of creating a safe container that will give participants the opportunity to have the most healing, profound and safe experience.

She travels along the Western United States, facilitating bufo retreats and ceremonies.

Infusing her teachings with playful humor and profound wisdom,  Lizzy makes the esoteric approachable, inspiring thousands to embark on  their own journeys of awakening.
