Bufo Facilitator Training

We offer a 10-day Shamanic Apprenticeship to select individuals who are ready to walk this path.

You will be provided with lodging and meals during your stay. 

Before we can consider initiating you to become a Bufo facilitator, we will need to set up a video call via zoom or FaceTime.

Our training is an intensely rigorous initiation and we want to make sure that you’re going to be mentally, spiritually and physically prepared to complete your initiation and graduate.

Once accepted into our training, you will need to come to our location in Northern California on your selected enrollment date. We suggest that you arrive a day or two early to allow ample time to get situated before day 1 of training begins.

We will be sitting in ceremony with bufo for a total of 10 consecutive days, sometimes multiple times a day. Part of initiating to bufo involves creating and nurturing an ever evolving relationship with the medicine, because the medicine itself is constantly evolving as it is conscious.

For the first week of your initiation, you will be learning about and initiating with the four directions (South, West, North and East). The four directions play a critical role in all bufo ceremonies and they assist us with welcoming in spirit and allowing spirit to guide us while we are connecting in with the medicine.

You will learn how to work with the four elements; earth, water, air and fire. You will learn about the importance of tobacco, copal, palo santos and frankincense and what their ancient roles are; for each and every sacred ceremony. We will also teach you how to open the ceremony space with prayer and intention.

By the beginning of the second week; you will have learned the bufo facilitator training curriculum and the science behind the 5-MEO DMT (God) molecule, different applications of use, proper dosages and potential safety risks. You will also learn about different scenarios that may come up in bufo ceremonies (with participants) and how to safely, quickly and efficiently manage these potential adverse reactions.

Week two will consist of you setting up and facilitating a ceremony on your own (under the supervision of one of our experienced facilitators). 

We will also have nightly integration meetings to ensure that you are moving through your initiation in a way that promotes and empowers your own spiritual growth. Students will also be required to journal daily, and keep track of all shadow aspects and triggers. Daily spiritual hygiene is an absolute MUST for anyone wishing to become a facilitator.

Graduation day will consist of a bufo ceremony that is open to friends and family, where you will receive your belt and serve the medicine as an initiated and trained facilitator.
