Any sacrament administered as part of our ceremonies is offered solely within the context of our bona fide religious practice and is never presented for recreational, entertainment, or commercial drug use.

- The Religious Freedom Restoration Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 2000bb–2000bb-4)
- The California Constitution, Article I, Section 4 (Freedom of Religion)

Participation in any ceremony is voluntary and limited to adults who affirm that they are participating for sincere religious and spiritual purposes.
