Guided by Manuel Padilla and Shaman Lizzy, Awaken the Heart is a deeply immersive retreat weaving Bufo ceremonies, Biodanza, sound healing, and integration work in a sacred container of love and balance. 

Together, we’ll honor the divine dance between the masculine and feminine, activating deep healing, joy, and remembrance of our true nature. Held in Sacramento CA, this experience includes all meals, lodging, and transformational support.

• Biodanza: Led by soul guide and dance instructor Manuel Padilla, become one with the universe as you experience the freedom of movement with the dance of life.

• Drum Circle : Connect with the heartbeat of the earth in a communal drum circle, fostering unity and grounding.

• Optional Hapè Ceremony: Begin your journey with a sacred tobacco ritual to ground and cleanse your energy, preparing you for the transformative experiences ahead.

• Optional Sananga Ceremony: Purify and sharpen your vision—both physical and spiritual—through this sacred Amazonian eye drop ritual, offered as an optional experience.

• Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls: Immerse yourself in the vibrational resonance of crystal sound bowls, promoting deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

• Bufo Ceremony (x3): Experience the sacred medicine of Bufo Alvarius in a safe, ceremonial setting, facilitating profound spiritual insights and transformation.

Our Sacred Ceremonies can help you to identify the patterns of thought and behavior that are no longer serving you. However, they WILL NOT do the work for you.

Our facilitators are not superhuman, they are people just like you. However, they do have extensive experience working with the Sacred Medicine and they’ve devoted themselves to becoming the change they wish to see in the world.

We believe you are the Healer, and the Shaman of your life. Mother Nature’s medicines are here to show us the path and remind us of our truth.

Reciprocity:

We DO NOT charge for our medicine. A minimum donation of $1,111 is requested to cover the expenses of the retreat, which covers the cost of the ceremony space, lodging, meals, services and the facilitation you will receive during your time with us.
